Disgusting service

Shein and aramex tracking and very unprofessional ans ***********. I have been waiting for my shipping for almost 2 weeks and have not received it. I had to contact the tracking company to do follow up days after another, they are unprofessional dont give u information and let u know they eill call u back but don't. All is well when u make a purchase, but after that everything is a nightmare.
