Disgusting Customer Service - Refund Not Received

The customer service is horrible. No ethic whatsoever, just moving from one robot to another. A refund which was said to have processed early in the month still hasn't been credited back to my account. What the hell?! ******* service overall. Pay back my money, you ******!!!
