Disgusted in the ****py service

Horrible experience for a first time buyer. I have bo idea what us going on with my order that i done in march 2021 i received a notice saying it will arrive between 22 april 2021 - 27 april 2021 however i got absolutely nothing just one email to say there is a delay and that was later in April. I need to know what is going on with my package or i want. My money back!!
