Disgusted

I had made an order from SHEIN and this is the second time is says the order has been delivered but yet I did not receive anything they do not wanna offer me my refund keep finding excuses also cannot provide me with evidence that I signed for the order the courier service did not even make contact to say they delivering the package I just saw my SHEIN status saying delivered reported it now they don’t wanna do anything about it
