Disappointment

Im very disappointed in the service, I purchase items on the 02/11/2024 then on the11/11/2024 on the shein app there is a notification there will be a delay of 3 - 5 working days. Then on the 19 /11/2024 they c confirm 23 Not it will be departed,22/11/2024 a new notification on the shein app confirm it will be departed on the 28/11/2024. What is really happening. Why everytime a new date.were is my package.I never had this problem before.
