Disappointed with Shein

I placed an order on the 5th of December 2024 and towards the 14th I requested a refund due to very high customs fee. However, was taken from pillar to post till today the 1st of January 2025 I’m still waiting for a refund which I don’t know how long I need to wait. Worse is that Imile has the package and clearance has started on the 17th, but still stuck I don’t know where and why.
