Disappointed

Parcel received WET, I don't mind the outside, but actual garments were wet too.

Despite me contacting and logging my concern 10 minutes after package was received, (ie 17 August @ 19:15pm ..no feedback from 5 different agents.

This concerns me from a HYGIENE point off view, how did the parcel get wet????? It is evident on the packaging, the labels were practically peeling off, which was submitted to them.

Was in at the airport, logistic company or the delivery person. Shein delivers in bulk, surely I'm not the only person that's experienced this.

After service lacks *********** staff
