Did nit receive my order

I have ordered products from shein in January. In march they told me on the app that my products are in johannesburg. Its June now and i still haven’t received it. I tried the customer service on the shein app but its useless and only answers already typed questions. There is no number that you can call nothing. Don’t waste your time and money on them !
