Delivery still not made

I am not impressed , I placed an order on Shein the 28 March , it tracked that a third party received my order which was Skynet . I waited a while till I got hold of someone in customer service , they informed me that my delivery will be the next day on the 19/04/2024 , I still haven't received the order and once I called on the 19/04/2024 instead they told me that it should be by my house by the Monday . It has been almost a month since this order has been placed. The tracking has not been updated . Skynet is not communicating in regards to my package . I am utterly disappointed in the Shein and Skynet company
