Shein needs to find a new delivery service .

I ordered from Shien , I received a message that my order has been dispatched and I rearranged my plans to make sure I stayed home to collect my order I called the buffalo contact centre and was told my order will be delivered by 18:00pm.

Instead I check tracking tool and the driver claims I didn’t pick up the call.

I sat with my phone the entire day and my husband was outside no attempted delivery.

The driver probably didn’t have enough time to deliver in my areas. Problem is his playing with my attempted deliveries and can cause my package to be refunded.

Remedy this as soo. As possible or I will take this to the ombudsman!!

If my attempted deliveries are affect I will be sure to be reporting to the OBS!!
