Delivery says delivered I did not recieve anything.

I did not recieve my parcel and it was written delivered. They have been saying I should send proof that it was not delivered. Which I don’t understand how, because the only proof I have is that they used a **** signature. It has been a back and forth with them telling me to call the courier company, which is still a Chinese company and calls do not go through.
