Delivery or rather non delivery

Ordered with Shein online. A week later they emailed me saying that my address was incorrect and they will be returning my purchase. No one bothered calling me to make alternate plans. After calling them and being on hold for 45min, no response. Not to mention no response from their Whatsapp number.
