Delivery not received

It has been 7 months since I have ordered, according to my Shein app, I have received my order, however Aramex, the shipping company they have chosen delivered my order to the wrong person. I am extremely disappointed because not only was I anticipating an order I didn’t receive but also an order that I paid for both the items and shipping, customs and clearance when it arrived here. I am disappointed in the services of Aramex and Shein for their choice of delivery company.
