Delivered at wrong address

My package BUFZA7HD14222X6YQ was delivered at the wrong address. The driver from Buffalo logistics called me and I told him I nolonger stay at that address but he delivered at that address anyway. I haven’t received my parcel and I’m not getting any help regarding my issue whatsoever. I sent pictures as proof of wrong delivery and still I never got any help. I want a refund for my parcel. They refuse to give me my money back.
