Delayed order

I placed an order on 7th on November 2024 and they keep delaying my order with lame excuses. Firstly, on the 11th they said my order will be delayed for 5 to 7 days due to flight delays. Secondly, on the 19th they said due to shortage of flight resources my order will be delayed and will be departed before 11/23. And now they are delaying my order once again saying it will be departed before 11/28. People who placed orders after me got their orders and why is mine being delayed so much.
