Delayed order

I ordered on the 2nd of December when I track my order it said shipped on the 5th,on the 10th when I checked it says it's delayed. And my courier company is iMile when I call iMile they say they did not receive my package . And I need the items on that order for the 16th of December 2024 I'm really disappointed with the shein service .
