Delayed order

I ordered on the 4th of December when I track my order it said shipped on the 7th,on the 10th when I checked it says it's delayed. And my courier company is iMile when I call iMile they say they did not receive my package. I have ordered clothes for my kids and were going on a holiday,I need the clothes atleast before the 18th of December
