Delayed delivery

Shein continues to use Imile delivery knowing very well that they *********** and don't attend to customer queries. My order status hasn't been updated for days now and I have enquring with shein for days but I am not being given any assistance. I need the order urgently yet it doesn't seem like imile will be delivering any time soon and shein is not doing anything about it.
