Delay delivery

DELAY DELIVERY, I ordered on Shein online store 3 weeks ago and still now I didn't get my parcel. My parcel is second week since it arrived in South Africa at Buffalo logistics and I paid tax duties immediately when they ask for but my parcel delay.
