Deceiving Pictures And Poor Service

I ordered a suit, that looked so good on the picture they presented, only to discover that it was not even close! The material was light, and the stiching, oh my goodness!! It looked more like a reject.

I reviewed it on their site, but I wasn't even contacted by their support team. I then requested for a refund on the 28th, but up to now, they have not collected it.
