Day light ******* and poor service!

I have ordered placed an order for a leather jacket on the 7th of September 2021, which I was in informed that it will be shipped on the 25th September 2021, we are in November and no delivery as yet. I would receive sms to pay for shipping every week with different amount, paid and still waiting for my delivery..
