Damage item

My order came dirty as in someone dropped it the mud I was so sure that some of my things got damaged, the watch I bought was damaged and I can’t wear it or fix it every store said I must take it back where I bought it. I was so disappointed it seems like they just put it damaged as it was because I couldn’t find any pieces to fix the watch in the package.

And I can’t return it as well because it was online special. They suppose to say it things on sale are damaged
