CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD at SHEIN and their Logistics Company (BUFFALO LOGISTICS)

I bought a Puffer Jacket at Shein but it was too Small , then i returned the coat on Monday to the address i was provided when requesting a return, was told it won't fit in the Pexi Token . I tried to make arrangements with BUFFALO LOGISTICS to come and collect the Parcel at my Home address, they just hang up a phone and they don't respond to emails at all. To return items at Shein is a Nightmare
