I am not happy with the courier that Shein has used for my order, they attempted to deliver once and they couldn't get hold on me was advised to call the courier and my parcel was confirmed it with them and they promised to deliver the following day which was the 7th of May 2026 they didnt do that i called again the following and I spoke with the person by the name of Martha Makgatho she told me that the parcel is with the warehouse and will send a message to be delivered the following day. They didnt deliver neither updated me also Shein is bit saying anything whereas they can see that the parcel is not delivered yet .

Poor service delivery, am not happy at all.
