Custom Payment

Hi, I have placed an order on Shein and other 20 March I was requested to pay R198.50 for my customs, the email was from Buffalo Logistics, I did pay and Today again I just received an Email From IMILE LOGISTICS also requesting that I have to pay R212,45 for my customs. I do not understand which company will be delivering my parcel and why do I have to pay for the customs to different companies.
