Conned out of my cash

Good day, I placed an order 18th September 2023 and I received a tracking and order number after paying.+- R1k I tried tracking this parcel with no luck. I have 32 emails between the 2 parties and still no parcel. They promise they have the customer at heart but I am not sure. I eventually received a parcel from them only to receive a SS necklace instead of a box of clothing. They do not respond if I don't send a mail and ask what is happening to my order and u get the same response . We will get back to you and 6 months later no Shein or my clothing order. So fed up quick to grab 😴 your order and money . So customers beware I feel I have been ****med out of my money. So never again will I do business with SHEIN ONLINE STORE
