Complaint about shein

I ordered on the 31st October and paid logistics on the 5th of November and I still haven't yet received my package it is just saying fli delay and KEMPTON PARK gauteng and I want to go home from varsity and I did say it ts an urgent delivery but those who order last week got their packages
