Complaint about delayed parcel

Hi am sinqobile msomi..i ordered from shein in the 04th of november paid my tax for buffalo in the 11th of november..i haven't recieved my parcel it's stuck on accelerated transit ...i really need thkse clothes it was for my daughters graduation ceremony..and her graduation is on the 21st of november

I don't wanna lie she in did me dirty this time please try to reach out to me and i hope that you will manage to deliver my order before the graduation...

This is the first time i face such problem shein has been good to me since from last year..i hope that you will sort this out ASAP Thank you
