Chnage the freight forwarder

Shein should seriously consider changing their freight forwarder. Buffalo International Logistics' service sucks. In fact, they don't deliver a service. Buffalo is now claiming my parcel is with the courier company and the courier company is saying my parcel was not handed over to them. Shein is already paid, Buffalo is already paid and i have no parcel. I will unfortunately not be buying from Shein again.
