Charged R1614 by Aramex for Shein

I ordered products from Shein, they came to South Africa and got stuck in JHB for clearance. Aramex sent me an email stating I need to pay R160 Inspection fee and provide them with proof that I paid for the products. I did as told, right now they are Requesting R1614 for customs. They told me it's for customs and penalty tried contacting Shein but they not doing anything about it
