CHANGE BUFFALO COURIER AS FRIEGHT FORWARDER

I ordered from Shein on the 26th of November 2022, my parcel was supposed to be delivered today the 14th December 2022 and my parcel status reads "IN-TRANSIT" No telephone number seem to go through, they do not answer emails nor their whatsapps. I am not happy at all with the customer service rendered. What ****es me off is that the delivery address is my workplace`s and the company is closing for Festive holidays. I am fuming with anger
