BUNCH OF ROUGES

Never had an experience with any other company like this. My wife had placed an order at the of November for Christmas gifts for our loved ones, delivery was supposed to be on the 20th Dec but we keep on getting messages and calls to pay another amount for customs(which was not stated when ordering)to release the order. After paying customs, we have still been getting calls to pay customs or order will be destroyed(which order was already paid for). Christmas and New Years has passed and order is still not delivered, the only thing they can say is sorry for the inconvenience caused and also blame the pandemic. If the pandemic and festive time is an issue, they should stop operating during this time if they are not able to keep to there word...how will SHEIN compensate me for the time wasted and extra money that was spent last minute to buy my loved ones gifts again??? I don't think i will ever purchase anything from these rouges again and also will never recommend them to any of my family, friends and those who i don't know...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN
