Buffalo Logistics stole package

Shein continues to use a South African logistic company called Buffalo Logistics. Customers from South Africa have reported numerous times that this company does not answer emails, calls or any listed form of communication. All complaints are met with complete silence. In this instance, a driver from Buffalo Logistics called Collin Nxumalo (also goes by the name Bheki Nxumalo) stole my package on 26/01/2021. The driver did not come or make any attempts to call me on the delivery day 26/01/2021. He **** and said I refused to sign. This is not true, because he did not come at all. When I tried to contact the driver, it turns out he has blocked me. I’ve previously contacted Buffalo Logistics about the same driver and I’ve received no feedback. They never answer emails or calls. This will be my last time purchasing anything from shein until they move away completely from this sham of a company. Shein does not care about our business because there’s no way an entity who’s committed to serving a purpose can use Buffalo Logistics.
