Buffalo international logistics and Shein

I have ordered kids clothes and household accessories from Shein September already. The ETA was on the 10th- 11 October. I was informed by Fastway that the vehicle that had my parcel was hijacked. Only last week I received an email from Buffalo international logistics. I've done EVERYTHING TO COMMUNICATE WITH BUFFALO REGARDING MY MATTER yet up until today no response whatsoever. I'm not happy with the service and would like a refund. Kindly note it's not my fault that they only communicated late and no response till today.
