Buffalo and Shein bad experience

Extremely terrible courier company called Buffalo international couriers they use that is affecting their business and they don't seem to even care.

Why are we not given an opportunity to choose our own preferred courier companies because WOW! this Buffalo courier company will show you flames. I've been waiting for 16 days to receive my package even after the countless follow up still can't get helped.
