BAD SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE!!!

I Bought goods on 18.12.2023 received it in January and i tried to return dresses that was poorly made evening dresses that looked nothing like the pics! and girls dresses that i purchased was of bad quality- when i tried to return the dresses it kept asking to upload pics when the pic was next to the item, i tried to save the pics but could not and couldn't return the goods for a credit to my account to purchase other goods! i was very disappointed as i emailed them several times but to date have not received a reply and the 30 day return policy is into play!! what a terrible customer services... i suggest they find someone in South Africa to handle returns and pay that person!
