Bad service flight delays

I made orders on the 25th of October and paid all my customs, it's been three weeks going to the fourth now I haven't received my parcel. My sister ordered a week after me but she received hers. We can't connect to Shein because they are using bots to help us and it's not helping because it has automated. This is so frustrating. They made us pay customs and taxed saying our orders are shipped to destination but no that's a lie the parcel is still in China
