Bad service

I have ordered a parcel from them last year September 2023, and did not receive it. It was delivered in Cape Town and my order address on the order was Gauteng. I paid for insurance but I didn't receive a replacement or my money back. Their customer service is bad, I think it is a robort that answer it, because it is always the same answer. I will never buy anything from them again.
