Bad service

I made an order on the 21st of May with SHEIN and on the 22nd they asked me for payment verification l submitted a screenshot and till day they keep asking me the same thing l am always sending the transaction screenshot from my bank app but they haven’t verified l could not download one transaction cause it was an online purchase so l downloaded my bank statement and it does show the transaction made with SHEIN
