Bad Service

I am really disappointed in Shein. I ordered stuff from them 2 months ago. Was asked to pay tax and duty as well as shipping fee. I paid it all but still get emails saying j owe the money. I have wasted so much money on calls. My goods I have still not received and believe me I am making sure to tell people about this bad service. I would like feedback asap Plse It is ridiculous
