BAD SERVICE A

I have not received my order and Buffalo international logistics refer me to Shein, Shein refers me to Buffalo, surely that is not good customer services and I am starting to wonder if I am not ****med as I cannot get hold of any of the companies, I regret purchasing with Shein, just worried if my money is gone, e-mails cannot go through, mailbox full, what kind of a business is this, that its customer's must struggle to contact them, I am so disappointed.
