Bad service
I am very disappointed with Shein turn around time this time. As normally delivery of my parcel is delivered in a week it has been a week already and still have not received my Parcel. Gettinf hold of the courier company Buffalo is such a nightmare not able too... Like really need this parcel urgently before the end of this week

03 Apr 2024, 04:00Shein has advised that delivery will take place between the 2nd and the 8th of April, I advised them on istagram chat that I would do a followup with them daily until my order in my hand. Honestly a option should have been given or information should have been provided before payment was made that their could be a delay in delivery of orders. Not this mentioned a few days after customs are paid for. This is really in acceptable. Buffalo. Logistics does not even repsond to any messages and how. Is it that people that ordered after me have received their orders and paid customers after me. I feel that is also not right dates should be protized and what the use for the urgent delivery option when that does not work even I click on it like a stupid everyday and nothing changes

I paid my customs on time, and everything but huge delay in my order.
Really never had such a issue with you guys nore with your courier company. But this is the first time that this has been the worst experience ever with Shein honestly. And getting hold of Buffalo omg is such a nightmare they do not answer at all.
