Bad service

I have ordered on the 6th of november paid all customs on the 11th I was told my order has been delayed for 3-5 days due flight delays I was patient I was suppose to receive my order on Tuesday yet nothing and when I enquire I was told to wait another 5-7 days , was also told that my order will be departed before 23rd November it's not happening the update I am receiving is another flight delay the order will depart before 28 November I feel that it is very unfair I need those clothes by Monday but now I guess all my plans have been ruined . I really wish I can get help in order to get my products
