bad service

I placed my order with SHEIN on the 16 April 2021oder no: GSHMG800Y000QJG,i have never recieved my oder and when trying to make follow up with them to track my order,they told me due to the reason they failed to deliver my money was refunded the same way i paid to them on the 01 june 2021,i went through my statement but the money was not refunded .I visited capitec to confirm if the money was paid back only to find it was not refunded and now SHEIN does not respond to me anymore my capitec ref is as follows: ***5.till today my matter has not been resolved nor refunded.kindly assist its already for months now.
