Bad service

Your customer support doesn't help with anything, I've been trying to communicate with you through your Chatbot and your emails but no luck.You don't do follow ups on our orders, whether they arrived or not ,I'm still waiting on my order that I placed back in February ,I don't even know what's happening with it .
