Bad service

I orders a couple of stuff on the 27th of December and I haven’t received my order which I understand cause custom made stuff take longer so now I go on the SHEIN app to receive updates but I get no updates I send messages to the bot no responses or anything and I’m seeing other people get updates on their phone while I don’t even know where exactly my package is
