Bad bad

Unhappy customer Hi I ordered on the 27th October and paid for customs and taxes on the 31 of October and I was supposed to get my order on the 19th or 26 but I didn't receive it. They first told me that my order is in accelerated transit and keep telling that due to flight delays I won't receive my order in time. And they keep telling the same thing now they say I did order it's been a month since waiting for my order imali doesn't bother to answer calls

After 25 my order is received at JHB or it's being shipped to no where ever since I completed I'm not happy at all I'm stressed my anxiety is up I'm in bed whole day worry that what my kids wear for Christmas clothes I used all my money to buy from shein

I regret ordering from Shein in October they don't care about people imile is nightmare, today I received update from Shein saying that I won't be getting my package I should be asking for refund after a month of ordering from them I aslo got a WhatsApp text saying that I will get my package today from courier guy I'm still waiting I don't know if they will do the same thing they're doing to people saying you didn't answer your phone because I didn't even go today I thought I will get my package I wish to kill myself because I trusted Shein and imile with my money
