Bad and suspicious service from SHEIN

I ordered from Shein. My parcel was paid for and also customs was paid. Then Shein informed me that my parcel is delayed. The next moment I receive a bill from Buffo Logistics to pay customs again. What did I pay for the first time? I send numerous requests for both Buffalo Logistics and Shein to explain. They are no where to be found. I feel ******* and my money refunded by both parries WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEN.
