Aramex unrealistic charges on purchase

First order and delivery was perfect and Buffalo logistics delivered before due date. The second delivery I have been charged and amount of R1464.29 from Aramex, which is more than my complete order. I can not pay this amount and must attempt to return the purchase, which is at my expense. All in all I am not receiving any goods and it is costing me money.
