Accellated in Transit since the 3rd

I ordered from shein on the 29th of April I haven't received my order nor any communication they keep telling me the orders is still in china almost 14 days later there's no update on tracking since the 3rd it says accellated in transit now they don't even reply to messages I don't know if I have been ****med and order of 3800 and 691 customs I'm getting no help my no is *** ***
